🥝Kiwi Sorbet (food processor)🥝

Ingredients
* 8 kiwis, peeled
* 4 tbsp honey
* 4 tbsp coconut milk
*top w Hum Yum vegan chocolate sauce

Instructions
* Peel and slice kiwis and place flat on a tray. Freeze for 1 hour.  

* Once frozen, add to a food processor with remaining ingredients. Honey, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. 

* Serve immediately, or pour into a shallow container and freeze for later!

Layer in bowl:

Greek Yogurt (or vegan alternative)

fresh cut fruit (I used mangos and kiwi)

fresh granola

Pumpkin Spice granola butter

Salad:
Strawberries 🍓
Avocado 🥑
Kiwi 🥝
Red bell pepper 🫑
Cashews
Spring mix and romaine lettuce
Honey chili lime vinaigrette (juice of half lime, 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp honey, salt, pepper, a sprinkle of chili powder)
