Ingredients:

2 cups organic oatmeal

1/4 cup organic golden flaxseed

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 1/2 cups organic flour (or use 3/4 cup protein powder and 3/4 cup flour)

1/4 cup organic sugar

1 tsp baking soda (aluminum free)

1 tsp baking powder (aluminum free)

3/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1 cup (2 sticks) organic butter, melted

1 can organic sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup organic peanut butter (or granola butter for nut free)

1 cup chocolate chips, I used sugar free 60% cocoa

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything together. Don’t let the butter be too hot when you mix it in or it will melt the chocolate chips. Spread in 10x15 inch pan. Bake for 20 mins or until golden on top and done.
