Cinnamon Toast w Fruit Breakfast

Ingredients:

Bread (low sugar variety)

Grassfed butterΒ 

6 tsp organic sugar

3 tsp organic cinnamon

Fresh organic fruit (from AmarilloEatsOrganic.com )

instructions:

Place bread slices on sheet pan. Spread butter on each slice of bread. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over each slice of bread. Broil in the oven on high broil for 2-3 mins or until golden and bubbly looking. (Watch it closely bread burns fast)

Easy Plum (Or any fruit) Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 stick butter

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

5-10 pieces fresh fruit

1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. MELT 1 stick of butter in square 8X8 glass dish. MIX 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. POUR over butter. CUT fresh fruit into half moon shapes and add to some water on the stove with 1/2 cup sugar- bring to a boil. ADD the cooked fruit on top. BAKE at 350 degrees until brown (usually 35 mins or so).
