
Mediterranean Red Radish Slaw
Ingredients:
5-6 bunches organic red radishes
2 large lemons, juiced 🍋Â
1 bunch Italian parsley
1/2 cup sliced green olives
8 oz feta cheese crumbles
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepperÂ
Instructions:
Clean radishes, cut away from greens, & cut tails off. Put radishes into a food processor and shred on medium shred. Put into large bowl. Add all other ingredients, mix, & enjoy!
